At Cafe Racer, we strive to provide a safe dining experience. Please be aware:
In-House: We do not use shellfish in our kitchen.
Cross-Contact Risk: Many of the items that we outsource for daily production are produced in facilities that handle all major allergens (Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish, and Sesame).
Due to the risk of cross-contact at the manufacturer level and our use of shared preparation areas, we are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment. We encourage all guests to disclose any food allergies to the person taking their order so that we can exercise extra caution when preparing your meal!
